Customers may cancel orders before they are shipped with zero cancellation charges. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Once a product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. However, customers may opt for the return process after delivery, subject to return eligibility.

Refunds are initiated only after the product clears the Quality Check (QC). If QC fails, the item is returned to the customer. Timeline: 7-10 business days back to the original payment method (UPI, Card, or Bank).
Exchange is strictly limited to units with verified manufacturing defects or transit damage reported upon delivery. Used or installed items are not eligible for exchange.
If your IonEdge device arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to facilitate a rapid validation and replacement process.
