Order Processing

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel orders before they are shipped with zero cancellation charges. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once a product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. However, customers may opt for the return process after delivery, subject to return eligibility.

Requirement: Valid Order ID and matching registered email/phone number are mandatory for all cancellation requests.

Return Policy & Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Unused and unopened products in original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Undamaged serial numbers matching our database.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Already installed Alkaline Ionizers or Hydrogen Devices.
  • Consumables (Filters, cleaning solutions, opened tubes).
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or power surge.
  • Products missing original warranty cards or serial stickers.

Standardized Return Process

1. Submit Request

Email/Web Form with Order ID

2. Verification

Validation of purchase details

3. Pickup

Arranged within 2-4 days

4. Quality Check

Facility Inspection

5. Refund

Credit in 7-10 working days

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the product clears the Quality Check (QC). If QC fails, the item is returned to the customer. Timeline: 7-10 business days back to the original payment method (UPI, Card, or Bank).

Exchange Policy

Exchange is strictly limited to units with verified manufacturing defects or transit damage reported upon delivery. Used or installed items are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your IonEdge device arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to facilitate a rapid validation and replacement process.

Transit Damage Validation:

Subject to verification of packaging condition and timestamp of report.

Quality Check

"Please Note: Warranty coverage activates upon professional installation. Warranty service handles repairs/replacements but does not substitute or extend the Return/Cancellation window."
